Residential Development

Eliason Law provides counsel with regard to the development of small to medium size residential developments, including single-family homes, town homes, condominium units and apartment buildings.  We provide legal advice to our clients on the terms and documents comprising the transaction and on environmental and land-use considerations and future regulatory compliance. We also represent our clients before boards including the Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Commission and others to obtain the required permits and approvals for their development.

Representative Transactions

  • Advise developer regarding the acquisition, development and sale of building sites in an exclusive North Shore development, including the analysis of complex subdivision zoning freeze issues involving the applicability of a 15 year old zoning bylaw.
  • Sale of affordable and market rate condominium units by developer of 72 Unit development in metro-west community.
